Cablecraft Quality

Most Cable failures are due to dirt penetrating the interior of the cable.

Cablecraft's long involvement with the high technology aircraft industry has produced a seal which is superior in the industry.

Because of its unique construction, the Cablecraft low friction and utility cable can be tied into knots and continue to operate. Cablecraft cable allows a bend radius which is smaller than any other in the industry.

No other cable in the industry has a swaged steel binder under the plastic cover. If the plastic cover is damaged by heat, weather or abuse - the steel keeps the cable operating.

In 1968, Cablecraft developed a licensed cable assembler program and now has over 80 cable distributors throughout the world. Each distributor assembles Cablecraft products for fast delivery in their nearby market.

These cable assemblers produce cables with the same drawings, specifications and quality control standards as the Cablecraft factories.

Cablecraft, a division of Tuthill Corporation, is an international company which has been manufacturing push-pull assemblies for industrial mobile equipment and aircraft applications since 1960. Demanding customers such as Boeing and Caterpillar, and many more, rely on the high quality products produced by Cablecraft.
